International Certificate for Operators of Pleasure Craft (ICC) under 10 meters
To obtain the International Boat License (ICC) you must prove your competence at driving a boat ( RYA Powerboat Level 2) . An International Certificate for Operators of Pleasure Craft (ICC) is required by most countries in Europe
If you have attended a qualifying RYA Poweboat level 2, course you can simply send a copy of your certificate with your ICC for powerboat up to 10 meters length application form. The certificate, valid for 5 years, is free to RYA members* (£50 to non-members). £30 for adminestration
